Worst work I've ever seen. First they replaced my back up camera. When I came to pick up my truck, I was told that the technician couldnt get it to work properly and to just turn the camera on and off in the settings when I needed it. Basically blamed my truck for the issues. I said ok and paid them. Then when I noticed a different problem with wiring, I took my truck to my mechanic, and he showed me the terrible work they did, and fixed it correctly. The problem was never my truck. Then my escalade was there to have subwoofers and amp installed. My girlfriend calls me saying the truck won't start. I grab the amp power cord under the hood and shake it and all of a sudden it starts. So I pick the wire up and inspect it and see electrical tape wrapped around exposed wiring thats coming off and the other side also with wire exposed with nothing on it at all. The power wire was making contact under my hood with metal causing my car not to start. I could have done a better job myself. I own my own business and I would never leave my customers houses like this guy left my work done in my vehicles. He needs to be shut down. Seeing some of the terrible reviews here about this place made me post this one with FIVE glowing stars. I’ve used services at Auto Image on three separate occasions. The first was a few years ago and the most recent was today. My experiences with these installers have been nothing short of perfect every time. I have been able to contact the owner via his phone per website outside of normal Business hours, setup an appointment, and receive outstanding service all in under 48hrs TWICE. The recent work performed on my vehicle had included installing Tesla steering stalks, interior, trunk, and frunk lights, a rear view mirror camera, bumper camera, and radar detector. The installs have been flawless and clean. Better than factory. Prices were as estimated and more than reasonable. This is where to take your vehicle!

0/5 stars. I had to have the tint removed and redone at another shop. See photos below.

If you'd like the worst experience for car services, look no further. Not only is the manager disrespectful and quietly calculating your demise, when called out on the sub-par work, he will gladly divert your attention to other things wrong with your car. The tint bubbled after the first day and they were unwilling to replace it. It soon will unstick from the window. AVOID this shop at all costs. I had a much better experience Solar Control Window Tinting

I had my windows tinted and a subwoofer and amp installed. Tint work is beautiful and the system sounds amazing! The guys there know what they are doing & the hospitality there is amazing! Will be returning for all the work in the future!
